Reading: Blandy & Blandy scores well with clients in annual survey
Thames Valley law firm Blandy & Blandy LLP, which has offices in Reading and Henley-on-Thames, has been praised by clients in the firm’s annual feedback survey.
Nearly 400 clients participated in the survey over a 12-month period, with an impressive 100% of respondents rating Blandy & Blandy’s overall service as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. Crucially, 99% of clients said that they would happily recommend the firm to others.
Blandy & Blandy’s approachability, staff, legal advice, communications, responsiveness and offices were all rated either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ by 99% of clients, while 95% agreed that the firm’s services were appropriately priced.
In feedback, private clients described their solicitors as “very professional”, “empathetic and understanding”, “diligent”, “prompt”, “courteous and welcoming”, “exceptionally helpful” and “simply excellent”.
On the commercial side, clients praised their advisers as “committed”, “expert”, “dedicated and hardworking”, “very responsive” and “a pleasure to work with”.
