Law firm Blandy & Blandy is staging its annual Mock Employment Tribunal – at Green Park Conference Centre, Reading, on Thursday, March 22.
Following 2017’s sell-out event and the firm’s recent seminar, the annual tribunal will hear evidence, cross-examination, submissions and the ‘judge’s’ verdict on a case chosen by clients who voted in a survey.
With votes in, the tribunal will focus on a maternity leave, return-to-work scenario involving proceedings relating to a request for flexible working and alleged unlawful sex discrimination.
And the voting doesn’t stop there. The event is interactive and during it attendees will be asked to vote (using a mobile/tablet device) on the key aspects of the case and the overall verdict.
