Capture, a leading digital asset management provider, has announced a significant strengthening of its management team as it gears up for the next chapter of growth, and advances towards its 20-year anniversary as a solution provider for some of the world’s leading brands.
The management team of the Reading-based company will now be led by new CEO Nick Caw, who previously worked for Microsoft, and has 20 years’ experience building growth-orientated technology organisations.
The team is being further boosted by the appointment of Simon Mallindine as chief technology officer (CTO). Mallindine, who has been a member of the Capture team since 2017, steps up to join the board of directors, bringing significant knowledge and expertise in the software, IT and creative industries.
Capture’s founder, Abbie Enock, who developed and launched the company’s first software suite in 2000, is stepping up to take on the role of chairman, continuing to set the vision of the company, with a dedicated focus on her passions – helping clients thrive and elevating the value of content.
Nick Caw stated: “I’m delighted to be joining Capture. We are at an exciting stage of the company’s evolution as Capture approaches its 20th anniversary, and I’m looking forward to help drive the company, alongside Abbie, Simon and the rest of the team, into this next chapter.”
Mallindine added: “It’s a joy to work with such a great team to deliver innovative technology and services to our fantastic clients, time and time again.”
Abbie Enock commented: “For the first 20 years of Capture’s life I have had sole responsibility for all aspects of the company and as we continue to grow, we need to invest further in the team. I am therefore delighted that Simon and Nick have come on board. This will enable me to spend more time helping our clients thrive and be successful with the compelling mix of technology and content that Capture delivers. Simon and Nick also bring a set of skills and experience that will help Capture in our next stage of growth. I’m looking forward to working with them and the rest of the team as we head into the next phase of Capture’s journey.”
