Reading: LSH recruits new director to boost regional office
Lambert Smith Hampton has recruited South East office agent Jeremy Rodale as a director in its Reading office.
Rodale was until recently at Cushman & Wakefield where he was a partner. He has been at Cushmans for five years and prior to this was at Strutt & Parker since 2002.
Rodale will work in the Reading office alongside Charlie Benn and Rachel Wilkinson. Outgoing head of the Reading office Tom Fletcher will remain at LSH until December to ensure a smooth transition.
Two senior Lambert Smith Hampton directors - Phil Hunter and Tom Fletcher - are leaving the group to set up a business space agent focused on the South East and in particular the Thames Valley.
Jeremy Rodale said in a statement: "Recently LSH have become involved in some exciting new projects and going forward we will be looking to grow the business across the wider Thames Valley market. The obvious challenges within our sector will inevitably present opportunities which the wider LSH team are well placed to exploit. I'm excited about working with my new colleagues, many of whom I have known for years, and continuing to provide an excellent service to existing and new clients going forward."
Ryan Dean, national head of office advisory, added: "Jeremy is a great addition to the team. He brings over 20 years of experience in the South East market, a range of clients and real enthusiasm to a new challenge. He’s known to most of us and will fit in seamlessly. In what has been a tough year for everyone, this demonstrates that through change there will be great opportunity and confirms LSH’s commitment to the sector and Reading in particularly. We have some fantastic instructions and a loyal client base that we will continue to service and this addition to the team provides a platform for future growth. I’m really looking forward to him starting next week."
