The building comprises 110,000 sq ft of offices over 14 floors and is 86 metres high.
Pure Offices has signed a 15-year lease on the third and fourth floors, comprising 17,000 sq ft.
Megabuyte has expanded into a first floor larger suite comprising 4,500 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
CloudFactory has taken 2,500 sq ft on the 7th floor for a term of three years and Northwood Investors has taken 2,500 sq ft on the second floor on a five-year term.
