Since the acquisition a comprehensive asset management programme has been implemented, including the rebranding of the business park to Bath Road Central. The portfolio now offers a range of additional amenities and initiatives for tenants and their respective employees, such as food markets, football tournaments, a summer fete, boot camp training, with the latest addition being the Bath Road Central shuttle service providing a direct service to Slough station every 10-15 minutes.
Charlie Royle, director, AEW said: “These latest lettings are in line with our business plan for Bath Road Central and demonstrate the appeal of the Grade A office space that we are delivering for occupiers at this asset. We are very pleased to be welcoming Indivior and Oppo Mobile to Bath Road Central. Slough continues to be a sought-after location for UK and international businesses alike and, alongside our active asset management, these fundamentals are helping to support the success of the Bath Road Central investment on behalf of our clients.”
