Slough: Quintet of deals signed at SEGRO's Slough Trading Estate

SEGRO, Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, has welcomed five new businesses to the Slough Trading Estate: IKonnect Accessories, AA Plastics & Glass Centre, Channel Options, Five Distribution and Peri Peri Chicken Original. 

Channel Options, Five Distribution and Peri Peri Chicken Original have moved into premises at the Estate’s thriving Enterprise Quarter which provides flexible business space for new and growing companies. The trio of companies has moved into units ranging in size from 585 sq ft to 1,954 sq ft.

AA Plastics & Glass Centre and IKonnect Accessories have taken units of 1,588 sq ft and 3,120 sq ft respectively, on the Ipswich Road.

The five companies have signed enterprise leases which are specifically designed to help small and start-up businesses with flexible lease terms in the early stages of their operations.
