SEGRO has launched IQ Slough, a new dynamic mixed-use office led development in Slough that will look to ensure long-term prosperity for the region, aiding the development of more than 4,000 jobs whilst contributing around £100 million a year in inward investment to the Slough economy.
Delivering 1.6m sq ft of Grade A office space, IQ Slough will be set within an inviting landscaped park, creating an enhanced entrance leading from the prestigious Bath Road, into Leigh Road. The offices will be supported by 200,000 sq ft of amenities, comprising shops, bars, restaurants, hotels and gyms.

IQ Slough will be developed over a 20 year time frame, when complete it will provide Grade A office accommodation, two traffic-free plazas; two purpose built transport hubs; two hotels; convenience shops; restaurants; cafes; a conference centre; leisure facilities and a dedicated skills and training centre known as Slough Aspire.
Businesses locating at IQ Slough will be supported by a comprehensive infrastructure network, offering easy access to major motorways, Heathrow Airport and rail connections to London Paddington in just 17 minutes.
As part of the development, SEGRO has also launched a pre-let marketing campaign for a landmark 127,000 sq ft headquarters office building at 234 Bath Road.
