Solent: New faces build on Glanvilles property success
Glanvilles has three new additions to its property services team: Diane Nicholls, Gareth Maddern and Jennifer Hatchard.
Nicholls is based at the firm's new Chichester office. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1991, she has specialised in residential conveyancing, development work, rural properties and leasehold enfranchisement. A member of the Chichester District Law Society, she has practised in contentious and non-contentious areas of law in the South East and London for over 25 years.
She said: "Joining Glanvilles at the new Chichester office is a double challenge for me. I hope my many years' experience in property law will help contribute towards the new office's success."
Hatchard joins Glanvilles Fareham office with over 15 years' experience in residential conveyancing, 12 of which were spent working for a local firm in Fareham and Southampton where she gained experience in all areas of conveyancing. She then joined a Surrey firm where she acted for developer clients and worked on high-net-worth residential conveyancing, dealing with many overseas investors who were buying and selling new and existing developments in London and its environs.
On her new role, she said: "For me, the combination of my experience with Glanvilles' reputation for customer service is a perfect match for any property client.”
Maddern, the third new member of the team, graduated in law with honours from Portsmouth University in 2012. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is experienced in working with both commercial and residential property. Dealing with a diverse portfolio of transactions ranging from commercial sales to transfers of equity, and affordable housing to plot sales, he has already built strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders.
He said: "I'm really excited about working with the Glanvilles team, and I look forward to making a positive contribution to its success."
