Seasoned business expert Dominic Travers has been appointed to the corporate team of leading regional law firm Coffin Mew.
Travers will assume the role of partner, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, real-world experience and legal nous. His expertise extends to both corporate transactions and legal situations, with experience working with general counsel and overseas clients.
A skilled corporate lawyer for more than two decades, Travers joins Coffin Mew following tenures at renowned City firm Pinsent Masons, DMH Stallard, and, most recently, Rix & Kay Solicitors.
Travers specialises in private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital fund raisings, public company flotations, shareholder agreements and corporate governance.
He will be instrumental in helping Hayley Bevis, head of corporate, take Coffin Mew’s corporate team forward as the firm continues to expand across the region.
