The Rainbow Centre was delighted to be the beneficiary charity for the South Coast Property Awards dinner which took place on July 19 at The Hilton at The Ageas Bowl.
The Rainbow Centre supports children and adults and those caring for them who are affected by neurological conditions, enabling them to reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.
Children and adults come from five counties in central southern England to the Rainbow Centre in Fareham to benefit from a highly specialised form of learning called conductive education. This helps develop new neural pathways to gain greater independence of movement and communication.
Sarah Hudson, corporate fundraiser at The Rainbow Centre, said: “Donations at the Awards Ceremony totalled £5,800, a wonderful sum which will fund our school booster session for a term. Thank you to everyone who attended the event and supported us.”
