Southampton: Digital marketing agency relocates to Bugle Street

Following the appointment to market 11-15 Bugle Street, Southampton, a few months ago, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has completed the letting of the Grade II Listed building to one of the south coast’s leading creative digital marketing agencies, ICAAL.

Previously a convent and chapel structured around a Georgian house, Victorian chapel and a modern single storey extension, 11-15 Bugle Street offers versatile open-plan space ideal for a creative business to occupy.

The whole property extends to 5,300 sq ft and ICAAL is undertaking a bespoke fitout programme ahead of relocating from its current offices on Millbrook Road East.
