Southampton: Goadsby lets two units at The Sidings

Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby Commercial Hampshire has let two industrial units at The Sidings, Hound Road, Netley Abbey, Southampton.

Unit 4, a two-storey 800 sq ft unit, has been let to Challenging Events. Unit 16, 400 sq ft, has been let to Sand GeoPhysics. The quoting rentals on each unit was £10,400 per annum exclusive and £5,400 per annum exclusive respectively.

Amy Baker commented: "Enquiries for small industrial units continue to be strong, as availability is so limited. Local occupiers are also drawn to the flexible lease terms available at this site. Demand has been so strong for these units that we have a waiting list of enquiries.”
