Peter Taylor, managing partner commented: “Paris Smith takes great pride in having a very low staff turnover, with around half its partners coming through the ranks. A key element of our purpose as a firm is to enable people to flourish and succeed. That applies both to our clients and our staff. I am delighted that we have been able to promote so many of our highly-talented lawyers this year. It bodes very well for the future of the firm.”
