Sage and FLB Accountants take office space at Berkshire business park
Winnersh Triangle business park near Reading continues to grow its professional cluster with FLB Accountants expanding its office space at the site, and Sage, the financial and HR solutions company, taking 20,000 sq ft on the top floor of a building.
FLB Accountants arrived at Winnersh Triangle in 2018, initially leasing 2,500 sq ft and has continually expanded, said investor and asset manager Frasers Property UK.

It has now increased its office space by leasing 20,000 sq ft at Building 1010 to cater for its expanding team.
Sage, which offers solutions for small-and medium-sized businesses (SMBs),has taken 20,000 sq ft of high-quality office space at Building 1180.
Rupert Batho, commercial director at Frasers Property UK, said: "FLB Accountants’ ongoing growth at Winnersh Triangle is symbolic of the evolution of the technology, media, and creative hub that we have established here, whilst Sage’s decision to move to Winnersh Triangle represents another step in growing our professional services cluster here.

Frasers Property UK was represented by Hollis Hockley and CBRE for both deals.
Sage People was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and FLB Accountants was represented by Vail Williams.
Over the past three years, Frasers Property has invested £6.8 million into Winnersh Triangle as part of its 'Reworking Winnersh; project, which has seen the opening of three health-conscious cafes, a 17,000 sq ft strength and conditioning gym, wellness studio, and a multi-purpose outdoor sports pitch.
