Twyford-based Jude’s unveils plant-based range ahead of Veganuary
Jude's Ice Cream, based in Twyford, Hampshire, has announced the launch of a new plant-based collection just in time for Veganuary.
The collection includes nine vegan ice creams, bakes, and puddings, all developed in collaboration with food writer Georgina Fuggle and presented by photographer Andrew Hayes-Watkins.
Some of the standout recipes in the collection include cashew orange and cocoa raw buster bars and dark chocolate ice cream, all developed with the goal of creating delicious plant-based products with a lower impact on the environment.
The company will be expecting the new range to be a hit, as its vegan vanilla flavour is already its most popular product.

The plant-based ice creams are also better for the environment, with Jude’s claiming that, on average, they have a 40 per cent lower carbon footprint than classic ice cream.
Managing director Chow Mezger said: “We’re continually working to make the most delicious ice creams while lowering our environmental impact. Developing plant-based options is one way that we can achieve this and we are incredibly proud of the products that we have and are developing.
“This collection celebrates the joys of plant based ice cream, bakes and puds and we hope they will be enjoyed in homes far and wide among friends and family.”
