Thames Valley: Boyes Turner adds five to real-estate teams
Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner has added five new recruits to its real-estate teams including two in its fast-growing development and housebuilding team as the firm continues to grow its presence in key markets.
The five have all joined the top regional firm as it continues to expand to meet an increase in new business.
The new arrivals include associate solicitor Stephanie Brown, who joins the development and housebuilding team from London firm Hamlins.
Other new recruits include paralegal Janey Rankin in the commercial property team, led by Nick Carter, and associate solicitor Emily Hook and paralegal Anisha Grewal in the residential property team, led by Stella Perry, to accommodate growth in both areas.
Brown’s experience includes working on acquisitions and disposals as well as advising on construction matters including negotiating building contracts, warranties and consultant appointments.
She will work with the team, including partners William Nassau-Lake, Mark Appleton and Derek Ching, on a range of residential and commercial development projects and will also bolster the firm’s construction team, working alongside Rowan Turrall.
The expansion follows on from the arrival last year of solicitor Matthew Bell, who joined the development and housebuilding Team as new instructions continue to increase.
