Thames Valley: Pitmans acts for Residential Land

Pitmans, the Thames Valley’s largest commercial law firm, has acted for Residential Land in legally establishing a joint venture with Uberior Ventures to create two property trading funds totalling initially in excess of £400 million in respect of prime residential property in Central London.

The acquisition involved a team of corporate, banking and property lawyers including Janice Wall, Patrick Long and David Carr.
