As employers consider a ‘Return to Work’ they must remember their statutory duties to provide a safe place of work and also general legal duties of care towards anyone who may be accessing or using their place of business.
Employers need to review and adapt their work practices and procedures in light of government guidelines and advice issued by the Health and Safety Executive including undertaking a COVID-19 risk assessment as soon as possible.
There will be opportunity to ask questions throughout the session.
