Details: Marlow headquartered delivery management company, Whistl, acquired the 200-strong fulfilment and contact centre group headquartered in the North East, Spark Ecommerce Group. With £15m annual turnover, Spark provides inbound and outbound customer services alongside an order fulfilment operation. The acquisition, advised by Quantuma, allows Whistl to develop its strategy to grow its business in the parcel, fulfilment and international arenas.
