Frasers Property UK has secured six lettings totalling 77,000 sq ft at the Winnersh Triangle campus in Reading. Four of the lettings have been secured at the recently refurbished office building 1020.
The lettings are with: software company E2Open (7800 sq ft); telecoms business Arris (6,200 sq ft); technology specialist Scansource (10,000 sq ft) and resourcing solutions organisation Gattaca plc (5,200 sq ft).
Further, the global engineering firm Aker Solutions has decided to consolidate at Winnersh by restructuring its lease on 53,000 sq ft of technical space at 310 Wharfdale Road while also acquiring the adjoining office building at 270 Wharfdale Road, which totals 13,000 sq ft.
Additionally, Frasers has recently announced the letting of the first and second floors of 220 Wharfedale Road, totalling 34,500 sq ft to serviced offices group Regus.
