Reading: Blandy & Blandy advises on take-over of Grace Personnel
Blandy & Blandy, led by corporate partner Jonathan Williamson, has advised on the disposal of Grace Personnel, one of the leading providers of recruitment solutions to blue-chip clients across the Thames Valley. The company has been acquired by London-based Percipient Capital, an independent provider of private equity and venture capital.
Williamson commented: “Nicola Dandridge spent over 15 years building Grace Personnel into one of the leading independent recruitment consultancies in the region and its strength has been reflected in the successful sale to Percipient Capital.”
Dandridge, founder and director of Grace Personnel, commented: “I have no doubt Jonathan's input made the sale run as smoothly as possible, with a very successful outcome.”
HMT LLP advised on the corporate finance aspects and DMH Stallard advised Percipient Capital.
This is the seventh deal completed by Bland & Blandy’s corporate team in the first quarter of 2016, the other' being:
